Our story

Who we are

Founded in Côte d’Ivoire in January 2018, FirstClass Immobilier is a leader in its sectors. Licensed under number 22-00109/MCLU/DGLCV/CAPPI/ogla, our company specialises in several key domains. We contribute to harmonious urban development and improve the quality of life of our clientele.

Founded over 8 years ago, FirstClass Immobilier was born from a simple observation: in Côte d’Ivoire, buying land is too often opaque, risky, and incomplete on the title-deed side. We built a model that owns the full journey, from land sourcing to handing over the ACD.

Our team combines legal, technical (civil engineering, surveying) and sales expertise. We operate across Abidjan and Greater Abidjan, and serve a growing share of diaspora clients — Canada, USA, France, Europe — who buy safely from abroad.
